How to order a dhomek?

Fill out the form on our website to automatically receive our catalogue and preliminary price list in PDF format via email.
Phone Consultation
During our conversation, we will discuss your needs, offer advice, and complete your wishlist. Following the call, we will send you a price summary of the selected options and a request for your approval of the agreed individual project specifications.
CAD Design
Once you approve the final version of the house and its equipment, we create your individual project, including 3D visualizations, CAD floor plans, and technical adjustments. You will also receive selected samples of exterior and interior colours, flooring, and fabrics. We provide the necessary documentation for building notification and guidelines for site preparation (utilities/foundation) based on your choice of on-grid or off-grid setup.
This stage requires a payment of £250 (this amount will be deducted from the final price of the house upon order)

Start of Construction
After the individual project is approved, we sign the contract and set the production schedule.
Financing
We adapt to your financing model.
1.) If you choose a bank or leasing, we can recommend one of our partners or coordinate details with your financial institution. Standard payment terms: 80% deposit upon signing the contract and 20% before shipment.
2.) Staged payment model (for greater comfort and control):
£250 (Individual project design)
Four installments of 25% payable at key stages: Contract signing, External structure completion (open state), “Ready for finish & appliances” stage, and Final acceptance.
Safety & Your Control
ou don’t need to visit us to be sure everything is going according to plan. Once production begins, you will receive a video progress report every two weeks. When the house is ready, we invite you for a technical inspection or arrange a live video call so you can check every detail before transport.
Transport & Assembly
Your dhomek arrives fully finished. You can collect it yourself or we can deliver it to your specified location. The transport cost is determined based on your specific conditions and location (defined in the contract).
During the CAD design stage, you will receive precise guidelines for site and utility preparation. The house is delivered as a complete module – once positioned, simply plug in the utilities.

Do we perform on-site visits?
• An on-site visit can be important, but in the age of video calls, WhatsApp photos, Google Maps, and Street View, we can usually assess your location and access remotely. This saves your time and reduces CO2 emissions.
• If, however, physical presence is absolutely necessary, we can reach any location.
Permits and Legal Matters
• We help you navigate the regulations.
• Our houses are designed to meet the requirements of individual recreation buildings or can be treated as a caravan/mobile home.
• We provide all the documentation necessary for building notification.
